A full service events planning company based in Los Angeles, CA. Natalie has extensive experience planning and managing events from weddings to corporate meetings and seminars. She regularly turns her clients' visions into reality and takes them to the next level.

Natalie currently specializes in Day of Wedding Coordination but also accommodates corporate events, debutante parties, bridal and baby showers, birthday parties, anniversaries and whatever special occasion you wish to celebrate. We live to party!

We didn’t know what to expect and were so clueless going in to wedding planning let alone, how to handle our big day! Natalie met with us a couple of times prior to our wedding to go over all the details. She made us feel so at ease & we knew for sure that our big day was in great hands. Some people say that weddings are stressful, but ours didn’t have an ounce of stress attached to it because Natalie took care of every little thing & handled it flawlessly. I cannot fully impart how glad we were to work with Natalie. Our wedding day was magical and it was everything that we had hoped for - and that was due, in part, to Natalie. She was responsible for the flow of the event - from the ceremony, to the reception - she was in charge of orienting the vendors - from the waiters, to the band, to the photographer, and videographer. Natalie was easy to work with and she was very personable. Our wedding was very DIY, so we had a lot of help from family and friends and Natalie was able to see each person’s strengths and give him or her the appropriate tasks, which made the prep efficient. The main planners of our wedding were my mother and my sisters-in-law. They’re very detail oriented and it’s usually hard for them to let go and have someone else oversee the production of the event, but they were able to do that with Natalie just after the first meeting with her. She had an air of confidence around her and it’s apparent how experienced she was and how much she loves weddings. It also shows how seriously she takes her job and how seriously she takes the responsibility for putting up the perfect wedding. Natalie knew what to do and when to do it. At the rehearsal lunch, she evaluated the set up and made sure everyone knew where to walk, how slowly to walk, where to pause and look at the camera, and where to stand for the entirety of the ceremony. This made our interfaith ceremony proceed smoothly and without any issues or mistakes. At the reception, she made sure we were wined and dined and she made sure that the waiters, the band, and the emcee knew what to do. All in all, we were able to let go, knowing everything will work out because she was in charge - and everything did work out perfectly. Lastly, Natalie has a lot of connections, which greatly helped us during last minute issues. Our band and our vendor for the photobooth lights cancelled at the last minute (2 weeks and a few days before, respectively!), but Natalie came to the rescue and got us a phenomenal band and asked her usual lighting vendor to rearrange his schedule to squeeze us in. The night before the event, the drummer of our second band also cut his hand and was then unable to play. Natalie made sure that neither my husband, nor I would receive this information. Instead, she was the one who worked it out with the band and with my family. Ultimately, Natalie was of great help and if we were to do our wedding over again, we would definitely work with her again. Thank you, Natalie!
